Mac Converting accomplishes precision in its operations

because of its equipment,  capabilities and most of all, it's

people.  Mac Converting operates with two sheeters, five

rewinders, three guillotines and a highly motivated staff. We can

virtually service or convert any flexible material in a roll form. We

can score, shear and razor slit  material from 105" wide web to

as small as 3/8". Our rewinder machines can rewind up to 60”

O.D. We specialize in recycle cores but we can also supply virgin

cores. Our automatic core cutter can cut virgin or recycled cores

depending on the customer’s applications. With the help of our

advanced sheeters we can sheet material of any thickness to

almost any size with repeatability of +/-0.010.

PACKAGING INFORMATION:

Standard designs include: Boxed, Cradle-packed, Stretch-

wrapped, Shrink-wrapped, strapped and palletized, etc. Master

roll warehousing is available for quick-turnaround orders. Labels

are computer generated done per customer specifications.
